Custodian REIT PLC on Monday said it has bought two drive-through restaurants in York, connected to the A1 and M62 motorways.
The £3.0 million purchase in York's Clifton Moor Retail Park covers a Burger King and a KFC franchise restaurant, the Leicester, England-based real estate investment trust explained. It was financed via the firm's existing debt facilities.
Custodian REIT shares were 0.6% higher at 100.47 pence each in London on Monday morning.
