Ideagen PLC - Nottingham-based information management, safety, risk and compliance software provider - UK Court sanctions Ideagen's £1.06 billion takeover by Hg Pooled Management Ltd.
As a result, Ideagen's shares are set to be cancelled from trading with effect on Friday, marking the takeover's completion.
