Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham, England-based renewable energy supplier - Receives final deferred consideration of £500,000 relating to the sale of its 47.5 megawatt renewable generation asset portfolio. The total consideration received is now £21.2 million.
The disposal came as part of the company's ongoing strategic shift to energy and mobility services.
