Active Energy Group PLC - London-based biomass focused renewable energy business - Completes the sale of its Lumberton site in North Carolina, US, for $4.7 million. The purchaser is Phoenix Lumberton Industrial Investors LLC, a company owned by Phoenix Investors LLC, US-based commercial real estate firm.
Active Energy will receive net proceeds of $3.9 million from the sale after the deduction of deferred maintenance fees and transaction expenses. The net book value of the Lumberton site at December 31 was $4.3 million.
