Conduity Capital PLC - London-based insurance group - Loss widens in 2021 as a gain on a disposal of investment in 2020 wasn't repeated. Pretax loss grows to £426,000 from £90,000. Has no gain on disposals, versus £279,000 in 2020. Personnel and administrative expenses similar in the two years.
Conduity is in the process of a reverse takeover of Cork, Ireland-based managed security service firm Smarttech247, incorporated as Zefone Ltd in the Republic of Ireland. Conduity shares have been suspended from trading on AIM in London since October as a result.
