AEW UK REIT PLC - real estate investment trust for UK regional commercial property - Notes AEW UK Core Property Fund acquired the Four Ashes industrial estate in Wolverhampton for £12.8 million. This reflects an initial yield of 8.0%. The estate is a 355,979 square feet freehold industrial multi-let building.
As at 31 March 2022, the fund had a net asset value of £355.0 million.
