JPMorgan European Growth & Income Trust PLC - investment trust focused on continental Europe - Says that Josephine Dixon will retire as chair on September 30. The current chair of the nomination committee & management engagement committee, Rita Dhut, will take over as chair upon Dixon's retirement. Dhut joined the board in July 2019.
