abrdn PLC - Edinburgh-based investment company - Completes the £1.49 billion acquisition of online retail investment platform interactive investor from shareholders including JC Flowers & Co. The completion follows the receipt of regulatory and shareholder approval. The purchase was first announced in December and funded through abrdn's own capital resources.
