Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd - Guernsey, UK-based investment company focused on low-carbon assets in the UK - Acquires a 93.2 megawatt peak operational solar and wind portfolio from an unnamed UK based fund manager for £112.4 million. It consists of fifteen solar photovoltaic plants that are located in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Proposes a placing and offer for subscription at an issue price of 130 pence to raise €8 million. Says the issue price represents a discount of 5.8% to its closing share price on May 10. Plans to use proceeds to pay down its revolving credit facility, which is now fully drawn at £200 million as at May 10. Further, it plans to use the proceeds to provide additional resources to pursue its investment pipeline.
