IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge-based geospatial productivity and collaboration software company focused on the telecoms and utility industries - Issues 160,266 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. The admission will be on or around Thursday, the firm says. The shares are issued to the vendors of OSPInsight International Inc, which IQGeo bought in December 2020 for $8.8 million. IQGeo also makes additional cash payment $295,625 as part of the acquisition agreement. It will pay another $483,750 to OSPInsight in the future. IQGeo software company has 57.7 million ordinary shares following the new admission.
