Energy services firm Sureserve Group PLC said on Monday that a subsidiary has secured a contract extension worth £68 million with social housing provider L&Q.
L&Q owns and manages more than 95,000 homes across London and the south-east of England. Sureserve's K&T Heating Services Ltd will continue to provide gas servicing, repairs and installations to these properties.
The contract has a maximum term of eight years and began at the start of May.
K&T's managing director said: ‘We have had a long term and trusted relationship, working in partnership with L&Q since 2013 and have developed a reputation for quality delivery of gas compliance services.’
Sureserve was trading 3.0% lower in London on Monday around midday at 83.88 pence.
