Workspace Group PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - and McKay Securities PLC - South East and London-focused office property investor - Announce the acquisition of McKay by Workspace has been sanctioned by the High Court in the UK. McKay shares are expected to be suspended on Friday, with Thursday being the last day of trading. The cash-and-shares takeover offer of £272 million for McKay was approved by shareholders at both companies last Wednesday.
