MiLOC Group Ltd - Hong Kong-based pharmaceutical and beauty products - Says its subsidiary Star Collaboration Guangzhou Ltd has settled a legal dispute with one of its suppliers for a total of around £60,714. Star Collaboration and its immediate holding company are also facing legal proceedings with another supplier seeking ¥1.8 million, around £216,500.
MiLOC says it will defend this case.
