Marshalls PLC - Elland, England-based landscaping products company - Completes the acquisition of Marley Group PLC. At the start of April, Marshall entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the pitched roof system manufacturer for £535 million. Marshalls raised approximately £187 million through a capital raising around the same time to help fund the acquisition.
