Brave Bison Group PLC - London-based media and marketing - Buys e-commerce and mobile development firm Best Response Media Ltd for £1.0 million, representing an enterprise value of £350,000. London-based Best Response was founded in 2009. It booked pretax profit of £310,000 in the financial year that ended July 31 last year on revenue of £1.3 million. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing for Brave Bison in the current financial year.
