Molten Ventures PLC - London-based venture capital firm focused on technology companies - Expects net asset value and gross portfolio growth in its financial year ended March 31. Net asset value per share set to rise to 929 pence from 743p a year ago. Gross portfolio value to climb to at least £1.53 billion from £984 million, the company says. Available cash at end of March to grow to £174 million, compared to £161 million a year ago.

‘Molten is looking to expand our debt facilities, ensuring that the group remains well capitalised,’ the firm explains.

The company will release annual results on June 13.
