Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC - investor in solar parks, wind farms and hydroelectric plants - Completes three new acquisitions during the first quarter of 2022. Says the acquisitions were at rates of return above the company's discount rates. The Swedish wind asset acquisition is estimated to results in a £2 million increase to the company's net asset value at December 31 and the acquisition of the Swedish hyro portfolios are estimated to increase NAV at December 31 by £3 million. Company says this is due to operational and capital efficiencies as a result of the integration of the assets.
