United Utilities Group PLC - Warrington, England-based water and wastewater company - Says Steve Mogford will step down as chief executive officer and retire from the board in ‘early’ 2023. Appoints its Customer Service & People Director Louise Beardmore as his successor. Says Louise will join the boards of United Utilities Group and United Utilities Water Ltd as chief executive designate on May 1.
Mogford has been CEO since March 2011. Before he joined United Utilities, he was CEO at Selex Galileo, now Selex ES.
