Diversified Energy Co PLC - US onshore upstream and midstream natural gas assets - Acquires upstream assets and related facilities in East Texas from a private seller for $50 million in cash. Says the consideration reflects a 1.4 times multiple based on net purchase price and $35 million of estimated adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization before potential synergies for the next 12 months. Says the acquisition represents the company's fifth purchase in the region within the last 12 months and expands opportunities for synergies.
