Naked Wines PLC - Norwich-based winemaker - Delivers results for the year ended March 28 in line with expectations. Reports 3% increase in group sales compared to the year before. Says group sales increased 72% versus two years ago. Sees repeat customer sales grow 11%. Says sales retention was 80%, surpassing the mid 70s guidance. Attributes this to improvements to customer experience and its product range. Says year-end cash amounts to roughly £40 million.

In financial 2021, Naked Wines generated revenue of £340 million and a pretax loss £10.7 million.

‘Overall I'm pleased that Naked delivered growth following our step change in scale in financial 2021, and we are well positioned to take advantage of our long-term growth opportunity in the US,’ Chief Financial Shawn Tabak says.
