Ocean Outdoor Ltd - London-based digital out-of-home advertising firm - Confirms it is in discussions with New York-based investment company Atairos regarding a possible offer for the company. Notes that there can be no certainty that it will lead to an offer being made.
The company confirmed that it was evaluating a potential sale in February, following interest and conditional offers received.
