Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - London-based digital infrastructure investor - Acquires Greater Dublin-based enterprise broadband provider Leeson Telecom Ltd, also known as Host Ireland for around €60 million.
Host Ireland operates a microwave-based fixed wireless access network in Greater Dublin, providing a high-quality wireless broadband to enterprise customers.
‘We are very pleased to have completed the acquisition of Host Ireland, D9's first wireless networks investment. The Host Ireland team has built a strong business and we look forward to working with them to accelerate the company's expansion plans,’ said Thor Johnsen, head of Digital Infrastructure at Triple Point Investment Management.
