Brickability Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based construction materials distributor - Buys Surrey, England-based Beacon Roofing Ltd for £6.5 million. Brickability will pay £4.5 million in cash initially, plus £2.0 million over the next three years, subject to agreed performance targets. Beacon booked normalised earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of GPB1.1 million on revenue of £8.9 million in the 12 months that ended January 31. It provides roofing services across south east England, mostly for house builders and developers. Brickability will provide a trading update in the second half of April, it says.
