Scottish Investment Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based trust investing in companies with long-term upside potential - Says it is delaying reconstruction and combination with JPMorgan Global Growth & Income PLC to end of the second quarter of 2022 from end of first quarter. This is due to debt workstreams progressing at a slower pace, company says. The trust expects the sale of its property in Edinburgh in the near future.
