SkinBioTherapeutics PLC on Monday said it has proposed to appoint Manprit Singh Randhawa as its new chief financial officer.

The skin health-focused life sciences company said Randhawa will replace current part-time CFO Doug Quinn upon nominated adviser confirmation of his appointment.

Randhawa most recently worked as CFO at Chelmsford, England-based educational technology firm, Juniper Education Group.

‘We have changed the CFO position from part-time to a full-time role to reflect the new commercial path of the business,’ Chair Martin Hunt said.

Meanwhile, the Macclesfield-based firm proposed the appointment of Danielle Bekker as non-executive director.

SkinBioTherapeutics shares were 1.5% lower at 48.25 pence each in London on Monday morning.
