Allied Minds PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based intellectual property commercialisation company - Completes the disposal of its residual shareholding in Toronto-based software company TouchBistro Inc for C$5.5 million, or £3.3 million. Says this is in line with its strategy to monetise its investment portfolio. Of the sale proceeds, C$5.0 million has been received and C$530,000 is to be held in escrow, with an initial release date in the third quarter of this year.
