Ricardo PLC - West Sussex-based engineering and environmental consultancy - Completes acquisition of Adelaide, Australia-based consultancy business Inside Infrastructure for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will strengthen Ricardo's environmental capabilities and extend its implementation capability in Australia.
Ricardo first announced the acquisition in early March.
‘We are pleased to be able to complete this acquisition, which we view as a good strategic fit to enhance our environmental capabilities and strengthen our overall position within Australia,’ said Chief Executive Officer Graham Ritchie.
