Hilton Food Group PLC - Cambridgeshire, England-based food packaging business - Completes the acquisition of Dutch Seafood Co BV, following approval from the Dutch competition authority and the works council.
Hilton Food acquired the Harderwijk, Netherlands-based owner of smoked salmon producer Foppen in December for an enterprise value of €90.0 million.
