Tritax EuroBox PLC - London-based investor in logistics property across continental Europe - Four members of the investment team - Colin Godfrey, James Dunlop, Henry Franklin and Nick Preston - buy a total of 388,427 shares at GBP0.98 per share, worth GBP379,066, on Thursday. The four investment managers now hold a combined 1.1 million shares, a 0.1% stake. Tritax EuroBox shares are down 13% in the past two months, amid concerns about Russia's threats against, and subsequent invasion of, Ukraine.
