US Solar Fund PLC - owns and operates solar power assets in North America - Exercises option to acquire further 25% interest in 200 megawatts of direct current Mount Signal 2, a solar plant in Imperial Valley, California, which will take its total ownership of the project to 50%.
US Solar Fund acquired its first tranche of 25% in the plant in March 2021 for USD23 million, and will acquire the second tranche for USD21 million.
